Fashion designers are the new rockstars.

The designer duo
Sanberg & Timonen created a series of T-shirts inspired by those old school Iron Maiden and Slayer band shirts, worn to death by every high school nerd in the early nineties. But the T-shirts are not just printed with normal bands; they depict different well-known fashion designers of our time.

From Viktor & Rolf to Rick Owens, Maison Martin Margiela to Alber Elbaz, a label is more than its clothes. The broad scope of influences our fashion heroes have, and the media attention they get, is an ever-growing sphere. Fashion designers are the epicentres of a worldwide community; they are the sparks, leaders and directors who inspire us all.

All featured designers are:
Alber Elbaz, Azzedine Alaia, Christopher Kane, Haider Ackermann, Jean Paul Gaultier, Karl Lagerfeld, Maison Martin Margiela, Marc Jacobs, Miuccia Prada, Phoebe Philo, Raf Simons, Rick Owens, Rodarte, Sonia Rykiel, Stefano Pilati, Viktor&Rolf.

The shirts are 50 euros a piece and in size medium only. They are created in a limited series. All profit goes to Medecins sans FrontiƩres and their efforts in Haiti. So it does not only look good, it does good as well! You can buy them via the Brachfeld Gallery in Paris, where also the opening exhibition of the designs took place.
